SUBSTANCE: device for chemical treatment of near-trunk strips of perennial plantations is a working section mounted on a bearing rod of a traction unit. Working section consists of brush working members fixed on three- or four-arm cross-shaped frame with vertical axis rotating in hinge, located at the end of the remote rod of the mechanism for changing the distance of the axis of rotation of the cross-shaped frame relative to the row of trees. Brush tools consist of soft bristles impregnated with working fluid and injuring vegetation, fed with working fluid from the hose of the supply hose through a rotary distributor passing through the vertical axis of rotation of the cross-shaped frame. On the beams of the cross-shaped frame, a probe-rim of the fruit tree trunk touch sensor is fixed, according to the signal of which at the moment of soft touch of the trunk, together with the signals of the sensors of the turning angle of the cross-shaped frame and the offset of the remote rod relative to the bearing bar, the control device automatically generates signals of the operating modes of the drives, providing simultaneous rotation of the cross-shaped frame and bypassing its axis of rotation around the tree trunk, performing chemical treatment of the near-trunk strip.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and efficiency of chemical treatment in the space between the tree trunk and the extraction slope of the terrace of near-trunk strips of perennial plantations on terraces, including young ones, due to reduced risks of mechanical and chemical damage to fruit trees.
