FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for plasty of cystic-changed filtering bleb (FB) arising in postoperative period after penetrating antiglaucoma operations. For this purpose conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule are separated in direction to eye fornix by 10 mm. Then conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule are stratified. 0.1 ml of HealaFlow drainage implant is introduced under Tenon's capsule towards the fornix. Then Tenon's capsule is pulled in layers to one side and fixed with two interrupted sutures to the limb. Then conjunctiva is pulled in the other side. Conjunctival incision is sealed with two interrupted sutures to limb.
EFFECT: invention provides reinforcement of the area of antiglaucoma operations, compensation of intraocular pressure in the postoperative period, preservation of visual functions.
