METHOD FOR HYDROTREATING SECONDARY DISTILLATES Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC C10G65/02 B01J23/75 B01J23/755 B01J23/88

Abstract RU 2824346 C1

FIELD: chemical or physical processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for hydrotreating hydrocarbon material of secondary origin, consisting of mixture of 80–85 wt.% of light gas oil of catalytic cracking and 15–20 wt.% of light gas oil of delayed coking, It includes stages of hydrotreatment and dearomatization, isodewaxing with obtaining of hydrotreatment products. Hydrotreating is carried out at temperature of 360–380°C, under pressure of 10–15 MPa, at volumetric feed rate of 0.5–1.0 h−1 and at ratio of hydrogen-containing gas to feedstock of 1,000–1,500 nm3/m3 using a pre-sulphided package of catalysts, consisting of 75–85 vol.% of the main layer and 15–25 vol.% of a protective layer located above it, wherein the main layer consists of an aluminum-nickel-molybdenum catalyst with a total content of oxides of active metals per calcined catalyst from 22 to 36 wt.%, and the protective layer is located first in the direction of movement of the hydrocarbon material and consists of 26–32 vol.% of highly porous cellular material of active filtration with open porosity of more than 65%; 22–27 vol.% of highly porous aluminum-nickel-molybdenum catalyst with total content of oxides of active metals per calcined catalyst of not less than 2.0 wt.%; 41–52 vol.% of aluminum-nickel-cobalt-molybdenum catalyst with total content of oxides of active metals per calcined catalyst of not less than 5.5 wt.% and content of silicon oxide of not more than 2.0 wt.%. Dearomatization is carried out at temperature of 260–350°C, under pressure of 10–15 MPa, at a volumetric feed rate of 2.0–3.0 h−1 and at a ratio of hydrogen-containing gas to raw material of 800–1,200 nm3/m3 using a catalyst based on noble metals with total content of platinum and palladium per calcined catalyst of not more than 1.6 wt.% and content of aluminosilicate from 5 to 10 wt.%.

EFFECT: obtaining deeply dearomatized distillates suitable for extraction of base of diesel and jet fuels, low-viscosity hydrocarbon base for drilling fluids.
