SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles used in oil and gas industry, is intended for enhanced production of hydrocarbons, in particular for preparation of working fluid and its supply under pressure for hydraulic fracturing. Mixing unit for hydraulic fracturing, mounted on a truck or trailer chassis, containing mixing devices, screw conveyors, liquid chemistry supply devices, dry additives supply devices, diesel AC generator, to the output of which the first low-voltage frequency converter is connected, second low-voltage frequency converter, third low-voltage frequency converter, fourth low-voltage frequency converter, fifth low-voltage frequency converter, sixth low-voltage frequency converter, seventh low-voltage frequency converter, electric actuator for lifting proppant intake basket, first screw conveyor and second screw conveyor, as well as compressor, at that, to the output of the first low-voltage frequency converter the first electric motor is connected, to the shaft of which the drive of the first screw conveyor is connected, to output of second low-voltage frequency converter the second motor is connected, to shaft of which second screw conveyor drive is connected, to output of third low-voltage frequency converter the third electric motor is connected, to which shaft agitator drive of mixing tank of unit is connected, to the output of the fourth low-voltage frequency converter the fourth electric motor is connected, to the shaft of which the centrifugal pump drive is connected at the output from the unit, to the output of the fifth low-voltage frequency converter the fifth electric motor is connected, to the shaft of which the centrifugal pump drive is connected at the inlet to the unit, to the output of the sixth low-voltage frequency converter the sixth electric motor is connected, to the shaft of which the drive of the liquid chemistry supply device is connected, to the output of the seventh low-voltage frequency converter the seventh electric motor is connected, to the shaft of which the dry additives supply device drive is connected.

EFFECT: reduced time for maintenance of the unit, faster diagnostics and detection of faults, as well as reduced risks of stoppage of hydraulic fracturing processes.
