FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electric engineering and power industrial electronics, and may be used in powerful high-voltage frequency-controlled electric AC drives, which operate in wide range of speed and torque control with high values of efficiency factor and power coefficient, in various areas (power engineering, mining and oil processing industries, housing and communal services, etc.), arranged on the basis of serially produced asynchronous and synchronous motors of high power and various classes. Low-voltage power cell represents uncontrolled three-phase rectifier and controlled single-phase bridge inverter based on IGBT-transistor switches. In controlled electric drive, high power supply voltage with the help of inlet multi-winding transformer is reduced into "N"-phase voltage 578 V, which is supplied to low-voltage power cells "rectifier-inverter". Depending on value of supply voltage in each phase of electric motor there are 3, 6 or 9 serially connected mentioned low-voltage power cells. Universal automated control system is arranged on the basis of control unit with microcontroller and various sensors, and realises multi-level width-pulse control of single-phase bridge inverters of mentioned low-voltage power cells.
EFFECT: overload current protection, improved smoothness of startup, increased reliability and efficiency of operation.
