FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Cosmetic device for administering a drug preparation into the user's skin by applying voltage to the skin surface comprises first, second and third electrodes, first and second generation means, and a control means. First and second electrodes are ring-shaped, concentric and are located on the same surface in the part that comes into contact with the skin. Third electrode is located in the handle part so as to provide contact with the user’s hand. First generator is configured to generate a series of DC pulses. Second generator is configured to generate alternating current. Control means is configured to alternate with a predetermined period of supplying a series of DC pulses using the third electrode and the first and/or second electrode and supplying alternating current using the first and second electrodes. Device is configured to supply alternating current using the first and second electrodes as positive and negative electrodes, respectively, with an insulated third electrode. Device is also configured to supply a series of DC pulses using the third electrode as one electrode and the first and second electrodes as the other electrode.
EFFECT: improved target introduction of the drug into the skin.
