SUBSTANCE: automatic system for monitoring and controlling the wind-sieve cleaning of a combine harvester consists of grain fraction quality indication unit (4), shaping amplifier (3) and piezoelectric sensors of grain fraction quality (1 and 2) behind the lower cleaning sieve and the after-threshing device, control unit (5) with setting device (6), fan (15), hydraulic cylinder of fan variator (12), hydraulic distributor of fan with electromagnetic control (9), fan speed sensor (18). Second and third setting devices (7 and 8), power drive for adjustment of upper sieve (10), power drive for adjustment of lower sieve (11), rod of power drive for adjustment of upper sieve (13), rod of power drive for adjustment of lower sieve (14), combs of upper sieve (16), combs of lower sieve (17), upper sieve combs position sensor (19), lower sieve combs position sensor (20) are additionally connected to the system. Second and third setting devices (7 and 8) are made in the form of regulators of the range of value of gaps between combs of upper and lower sieves (16 and 17). Position sensor of the combs of the upper and lower sieves (19 and 20) is made in the form of an inductive sensor.

EFFECT: providing automation of adjustment of gaps between combs of upper and lower sieves of combine harvester.
