SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, specifically to machines for processing industrial crops. Shredder comprises a welded frame, on which feeder 1 is mounted, comprising two lower horizontal feeding conveyors 2, 3 and upper inclined compaction conveyor 4, receiving chamber 5, grinding device containing rotor 6 with blades 7, fixed 8 and rotating 9 discs with pins, deflector 10 with a turning mechanism and adjusting shield 11, electric equipment with starting equipment, lower 12 and upper 13 brushes, trap 14, and waste bin 15. Length of first lower horizontal feeding conveyor 2, installed on support 17 at a greater distance from the grinding apparatus than second 1, corresponds to the average length of the reed to be ground. Bracket 16 is installed on support 17 above elongated lower horizontal feeding conveyor 2 with possibility of rotation around axis 22, wherein it is equipped with pressure roller 18, weight 19 and lever 20 for control over automatic control system of belt linear speed of the elongated lower horizontal feeding conveyor. Belt linear speed control system includes pressure roller position sensor 21 and frequency current converter 23, controlling electric motor 24 of drive 25 of main shaft of elongated lower horizontal feeding conveyor 2, and on support 17 on both sides of the first lower horizontal feeding conveyor 2 and above it there are guide shields 26.

EFFECT: shredder provides higher quality of cane brush stripping.
