FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making partitions for buildings made of relatively thin elements. Proposed method comprises making left and right walls, thrust, tenon and two inserts. At that, initially, reamers of walls, thrust and tenon are made, in which paired longitudinal V-shaped slots are made at angle of 90° with formation of W-shaped profiles. When assembling the panel, a thrust and a tenon are formed, performing bending of their reamers along the centres of the V-shaped slots, connecting the paired surfaces of their W-shaped profiles to each other; inserts are installed between the walls in the left part of the panel, pressing the first of them to the left wall, and the second to the right; in the right part of the panel a thrust is installed, then the left and right walls are bent along the centres of the V-shaped slots, connecting the paired surfaces of their W-shaped profiles to each other, forming a slot in the right part of the panel, and a longitudinal rectangular hole in which at the last stage of assembly a tenon is installed with interference.
EFFECT: possibility of making a universal panel from long workpieces from sheet material for fast assembly of a composite partition wall, having wall thickness twice exceeding thickness of initial workpieces.
