SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a portable communication device. Device comprises a housing including a first and a second housing structure and a hinge cover, a flexible display, a hinge structure connected to the first housing structure and the second housing structure, first housing structure includes a first housing portion which, when the housing is in an unfolded state, is configured to cover a first portion of the outer surface of the hinge cover, and a first protrusion located at the end of the first housing portion, the second housing structure includes a second housing portion, which, when the housing is in an unfolded state, is configured to cover the second part of the outer surface of the hinge cover, and a second protrusion located at the end of the second housing section.
EFFECT: preventing deformations and cracks in internal components of the device.
