FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, in particular to heat-resistant concrete, intended for use in structures exposed to temperature up to plus 1,100°C, for example, for lining ceramic brick kilns. Heat-resistant concrete is made from a mixture containing, wt.%: liquid glass 17–20, unfractionated slagged chamotte scrap with grain size from 0.01 to 20 mm 30–42, neutralized galvanic sludge 1–2, screening of construction wastes from demolition of buildings with Mcr=2.7, more than 80% represented by heavy concrete rubble, 20–24, ground granulated blast-furnace slag with specific surface area of not less than 280 m2/kg 20–24.
EFFECT: reduction of average density with provision of strength sufficient for practical application, with simultaneous utilization of industrial wastes.
