SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the production of ceramic building materials, for example, for facing bricks, tiles, light-coloured facing ceramic tiles made from Cambrian clay. Light-coloured ceramic mass for facing bricks contains Cambrian clay, sifting of construction waste from dismantling buildings with M_cr = 2.7, 80% represented by broken heavy concrete, ground granulated blast furnace slag with a specific surface of at least 280 m²/kg in the following ratios components, wt.%: Cambrian clay - 60-70; specified screening of construction waste from building dismantling - 20-24; the specified ground granulated blast furnace slag - 10-16.

EFFECT: decrease in density, increase in compressive strength and increase of a coefficient of structural quality of products.
