SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system for monitoring milking units in a milking parlor. Milking machine monitoring system comprises an input device configured to receive an electric pulse signal for controlling the generation of pulses by the pulsator, and a processor configured to identify the onset of the milking period based on the electrical pulse signal received by the input device. In a second embodiment, the milking machine monitoring system comprises an input device configured to receive an electrical pulse signal for controlling the generation of pulses by the pulsator, a signal sensor configured to measure a pulse signal characteristic, and a processor configured to determine the operating state of the milking machine based on the measurement taken by the signal sensor, the pulse signal characteristic for controlling the generation of the pulsator pulses. In a third embodiment, the milking machine monitoring system comprises a connector electrically connected to the milking machine pulsator solenoid, and an energy accumulation module configured to accumulate energy from a voltage generated by a change in the magnetic flux generated by the solenoid when the current supplied to the solenoid is interrupted.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of milk production with preservation of animal health.
