FIELD: cattle breeding.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages measurement of passage time of each portion of milk from each teat of udder per each working cycle of milking unit tci. Comparing these time intervals tci, determining their maximum value tci,max and setting duration of sucking cycle tmc, equal to maximum value of duration of passage of milk portion tci,max at given moment in time. In the range of maximum milk flow time from the nipple (tc−0.5) s≤tci.max≤(tc−0.1) s operate as per a two-cycle pairing cycle, and with maximum milk flow time from dummy tci.max≤(tc−0.5) s change over to three-cycle cycle of synchronous milking. Disclosed is apparatus for carrying out method, in which the beginning and the end of the passage time of each portion of milk from each cow milk duck for each operating cycle of the milking machine determines a comparator.
EFFECT: invention provides fast and complete removal of milk from udder.
