SUBSTANCE: method of producing liposomal cosmetic dry serum for face, neck and cleavage skin care involves separate preparation of a phospholipid solution with fat-soluble vitamins in ethyl alcohol and an aqueous solution of buffer salts, biologically active and target components, combining alcohol and aqueous solutions while stirring, lyophilic drying of a homogeneous mixture of components, when preparing an alcohol solution, adding polysorbate in amount of 0.63–0.96 wt.% of the final dry product; mixing of alcohol and water solutions is carried out in a reactor by continuous homogenisation of mixture solutions using a homogenizer pump at rotor speed from 1,200 to 4,000 rpm and simultaneous treatment of mixture with ultrasound at frequency 18–22 kHz with intensity of action of 14–16 W/cm for 50–60 minutes to form stable liposomes with average particle diameter of 15–400 nm before freeze drying, wherein after freeze drying of the final liposomal product, the content of ethyl alcohol therein is less than 0.3 ppm.

EFFECT: invention provides simplifying the technology of producing the serum and increasing the effectiveness of the cosmetic effect on the skin of the face, neck and cleavage.
