FIELD: oil industry; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized laboratory test equipment capable of simulating conditions inside a section of a tubing string, through which hydrocarbon material is lifted in an oil well. Purpose of such simulation is to evaluate the methods of counteracting the processes of salt deposition on the inner walls of the tubing string in the process of lifting hydrocarbon products from the well, as well as a set of sufficient array of statistical data to identify patterns in mechanisms of processes of salt deposition. Laboratory research bench contains a working chamber-reactor, containers with water of different types, peristaltic pumps for water supply to the reactor, an electric drive providing rotation of samples with a given speed, a lifting mechanism for opening/closing the reactor, a chamber with a heating element and a system for supplying/discharging the working medium to/from the reactor. Required parameters of the rate of water supply from the vessels into the reactor, the temperature of the medium in the reactor, the speed of rotation of the samples, the rate of withdrawal of the working medium from the reactor are set by the control unit.
EFFECT: invention provides close to real conditions of deposition of mineral salts due to reproduction and maintenance of chemical composition and level of concentration of salts in working solution during the whole test.
