FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to the design of stands for modeling the process of the deposition of salts and mechanical particles on the details of submersible electric centrifugal pumps (ECP) and can be used to conduct comparative tests of ECP designed for operation in wells complicated by high content of inorganic salts in reservoir fluid. Device contains a carbon dioxide supply unit, a container for preparing a mixture simulating a well fluid containing mechanical impurities, an electric motor and a multistage centrifugal pump. Container for preparing the mixture is equipped with a mixing device having a stirrer mounted on the motor shaft, the carbon dioxide supply unit includes a gas pipeline located along the vessel wall. In the case of an electric centrifugal pump, a membrane is placed at the inlet in front of the steps, and the pump is connected with the capacity of an L-shaped tube.
EFFECT: it is possible to study the process of clogging of the ECP stages in conditions as close as possible to the actual operating conditions in the well, increasing the objectivity of the process modeling.
