SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in cementing casing strings during well construction. Flow deflector includes a housing fixed on a casing pipe. Diverter body is made in the form of a ring with four axes uniformly fixed along the ring circumference, on which straight blades are installed with lower ends. Straight blades are made in the form of slides with outward directed skids. Upper and lower ends of the skids are skewed. At the same time on the axes there are additionally installed torsion springs with the value of rigidity exceeding the value of pressure of the ascending fluid flow acting on the blades so that the blades always tend to expand.

EFFECT: improved permeability of the casing string and downhole equipment lowered from it in the wellbore, improved conditions of flushing in the process of lowering and cementing of the well, as well as improved quality of well casing.
