SUBSTANCE: tool for flat-cutting soil treatment includes a frame with a hinge, support wheels, flat-cutting blades with ploughshares and a chisel. At the same time on the right and left ploughshares of flat-cutting blades symmetrically to the post there are plates in the form of wedges, the rear ends of the base of which are displaced, and the plane of the wedges is inclined from the vertical axis towards the post. Front ends of the wedges are located behind the cutting edge of the ploughshare, and the upper and rear cuts of the wedges protrude above the rear edge of the ploughshares.
EFFECT: invention can be used in soil treatment.
