FIELD: valve industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, in particular to disconnecting devices with a rotary shut-off element, and is intended for installation on wells of oil and gas condensate deposits for automatic shutdown of high-pressure pipeline in case of emergency decrease or increase of pressure in it. Shutoff valve comprises a housing, inlet and outlet flanges, a removable seat installed in the bore of the outlet flange, sealed with a rubber ring and fixed in the axial direction, rotary shut-off element made in the form of a plate with a stop, located on the housing actuator drive with a sensitive element made in the form of a spring-loaded rod connected to the retainer, which retains the shut-off element in the open position, which is equipped with a sensitive element rod position indicator, with the possibility of visual monitoring of the rod position, and movable sensing element actuation pressure scales, with possibility of setting on scales of actual actuation pressures of sensitive element during adjustment. Rod has a cylindrical protrusion at the end, the retainer is rotary, with the possibility of interacting on one side with the cylindrical protrusion of the rod, on the other side with an additional support of the plate, has on the side of the cylindrical protrusion of the rod a cavity in the form of a truncated pyramid and a protrusion which is skewed on both sides at an angle, made with possibility of interacting with the plate stops when the plate is installed in the working position and its fixation in this position at pressure in the valve housing within the adjusted working range and disengagement and return of the plate to the closed position when the pressure in the valve body goes beyond the adjusted working range.

EFFECT: with a relatively simple design of the valve drive, it is possible to install the plate in the working position and its reliable fixation in this position at pressure in the valve housing within the set operating range without the presence of a mode switching handle in the drive with a minimum number of manipulations when starting the valve into operation and adjustment, as well as reliable operation and return of the plate to the closed position when the pressure in the valve housing goes beyond the set operating range.
