FIELD: valving.

SUBSTANCE: cutoff valve comprises housing that receives seat and valve member made of a plate. The plate is connected to the shackle via a lever mechanism. The shackle is locked by means of the locator. The locator is made of two distant members that cooperate one with the other. The first member is mounted on the rod and made of a collar. The collar embraces the rod at its central section. The rod is set in the passage of the housing. The second member is mounted on the bar and made of a stop that is mounted for permitting rotation. The bar projects out of the housing for permitting connection with the drive. The bottom section of the bar is provided with crank. The rod and bar are perpendicular to the pipeline and are mounted parallel and with a spaced relation one with respect to the other. The value of the space should correlate with the working length of the stop. The bottom end of the rod is provided with the spring drive made of washer and spring that abuts against the housing from one side and against the washer-stop on the rod from the other side. The pivot with shackle underlies the washer-stop. The shackle is made for permitting cooperation with the second shackle through the plate. The second shackle represents a lever and is secured to the plate.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and reduced sizes and metal consumption.
