SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil machine building and can be used in submersible pumps for oil production from oil wells, serves to clean formation fluid from mechanical impurities at the inlet to the submersible centrifugal pump and to transfer torque from the shaft of the submersible electric motor to the shaft of the centrifugal pump. Input module – filter of a submersible centrifugal pump, contains a housing with holes for passage of formation fluid, a base and a head attached to the housing, shaft transmitting rotation from the electric motor to the pump, a filter made of brush disks located in the housing of the package. Bristles of the filter brush discs are made at an equal for all bristles angle of inclination α to the radial direction in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the brush disc, provided that the angle of inclination α is selected from range from 10 to 45 angular degrees.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of filtration of formation fluid by a brush filter located in the inlet module of a submersible centrifugal pump by increasing the length of the channels for the passage of the filtered fluid formed by the space between the bristles of the brush filter.
