FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a filtering element, a drive shaft and a driven shaft interconnected by means of a reducer, a blade and cleaning elements mounted on the driven shaft. The driven shaft is surrounded by the filtering element, the bottom butt of which is open and the upper butt is closed by a lid through which the driven shaft passes. On the drive shaft there is the blade enclosed in a housing with inlet openings at the bottom and outlet openings at the top. O-rings are installed on the housing above the inlet openings and at the lower end of the filtering element.
