SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil production control systems and can be used to bring wells equipped with an electric centrifugal pump to a stationary mode of operation, as well as for stabilization of dynamic level of liquid during long-term operation of well. Submersible electric centrifugal pump control system comprises unit 1 for setting a dynamic level of a liquid, dynamic level controller 2, frequency converter 3, step-up transformer 4, submersible electric centrifugal pump 5, current sensor 6, voltage sensor 7, analogue-to-digital converters 8 and 9, dynamic level calculation unit 10. Proposed control system of a submersible electric centrifugal pump allows to bring an oil well to a stationary operating mode and to stabilize the dynamic level of the liquid in the well without using the dynamic level sensor, which considerably simplifies the assembly of the submersible or surface equipment of the oil well.
