SUBSTANCE: control system contains the matching transformer, cable line, adjusting fitting, pipeline return valve, the first branch, box-pipe sub, tubing, knock-off valve, borehole return valve, the second branch, the fishneck, electric submersible pump, gas separator, wear sleeve, submersible motor, filter and control system. The control system also contains the radio communication device, the switching system, control and measuring gauges of the motor (SKUIPE), feedback coupling SKUIPE, multiphase fluid flow meter without separation, control transmission unit (CPU), the CPU feedback. The meter without separation includes the temperature sensor, adjustable valves, pressure sensor, moisture meter, multiphase Coriolis flowmeter and densimeter.

EFFECT: providing continuous measurement of each of the recovery multiphase fluid component and increasing of time between maintenance plant operation period and energy efficiency of the plant operation in the controlled modes.
