SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical chemistry and includes derivatives of condensed heterocyclyl-carbohydrazonoyl dicyanides of formula 1, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, method of producing said compounds and pharmaceutical compositions based on said compounds. In formula 1, X1 - X3 each independently represents N or C(H); Y1 and Y2 each independently represents N(R4), C(H), O or S, and at least one of Y1 and Y2 is N (R4); n is 0 or 1;

to form an aromatic or non-aromatic fused heterocyclic ring; R1 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl or C1-6 alkylcarbonyl; R2 and R3 each independently represents hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, halogen or C1-6 alkoxy; and R4 is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl-C0-6 alkyl or C6-10 aryl.
EFFECT: compounds of formula 1, which inhibit tau protein aggregation.
