FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer composite materials. Polymer composite reinforcement is obtained from basalt fibre modified with nanoparticles and nano-modified epoxy binder with ratio of reinforcing filler and polymer binder 80:20. Basalt fibre is modified by using an aqueous dispersion of nano-modified epoxy resins with content of nanoparticles from 0.001 to 0.01 wt.% in the oiling composition as a film-forming agent. Epoxy binder contains, pts. wt.: epoxy resin based on bisphenol A or A/F 60.0–100.0, epoxy novolac resin 0–40.0, carbon nanotubes 0.001–0.01, active diluent based on glycidyl ethers 3.0–20.0, hardener of anhydride or amine type 47.5–109.0, polymerisation accelerator 0.5–1.5, rheological additive 1.1–2.5.
EFFECT: high resistance of composite reinforcement to action of alkaline medium, tensile strength, cross section and modulus of elasticity at high level of interfacial adhesion in system "basalt fibre – epoxy binder".
