SUBSTANCE: method involves surface treatment of soil, application of mineral fertilizer, sowing of seeds of crops in strips and harvesting. Surface treatment of soil is carried out by means of tillage to depth of 5 cm with simultaneous application of mineral fertilizer. In addition, mechanical cultivation of crops is carried out - tillage of the upper layer of soil to depth of 5–6 cm by means of harrowing of the field to depth of 5 cm during the period of vegetation of crops from sprouts to the end of the tillering phase, namely stalking-earing. At the same time, mineral fertilizer is additionally introduced, which is represented by black or brown coal or shale, ground to a dispersed state or being in a liquid ultradispersed state, for crops during their vegetation period. In addition, green manure crops are sown by plant roots to form a capillary layer under current and next crops, which are further applied as green fertilizer to the soil at depth of 7 cm. When sowing green manure crops during disking, mineral fertilizer is again introduced into the soil. Sowing of crops is carried out at depth of 5–6 cm in rows from 5 to 10 cm, forming a sowing strip with width of 25 to 70 cm, which alternate with sieving strips with width of 25 to 70 cm.

EFFECT: method provides significant increase in yield and quality of products.
