FIELD: enrichment of minerals.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used at mining enterprises when processing carbonate-fluorite ores with high content of calcite. Method of flotation of carbonate-fluorite ores includes main flotation, agitation of crushed ore with depressors of calcite and waste rock and collector. Collector reagent used is "Berol 8305", which is introduced before the main flotation in amount of 300–500 g/t together with reagents of calcite and gangue rock depressants. Agitation is performed for 1 minute. Crude concentrate of the main flotation is directed to a steaming operation at temperature of 40–60 °C for 10 minutes. Further, the rough concentrate is successively supplied to 4 cleaning operations, to each of which calcite depressants are added, and the chamber product of the first recleaning is fed for additional flotation, the tails of which are the dump product, foam product of additional flotation is directed together with chamber products of the second, third recleaning and foam product of control flotation into thickening operation. Thickened product is fed back for flotation, the chamber product of the fourth recleaning is closed for the third recleaning.
EFFECT: improved quality of fluorite concentrate with carbon number less than 4, corresponding to “ФФ95” grade.
