FIELD: technological processes; mining.
SUBSTANCE: method for enrichment of fluorite carbonate-containing ores includes wet crushing, ore contacting with depressor of country rock, conditioning of prepared ore with tetrasodium salt of N-n-octadecyl-N-succinoyl-aspartic acid and alkaline metal fluoride, further foam floatation with release of concentrate into foam product and cleaner operations of concentrate floatation. At the stage of ore conditioning together with tetrasodium salt of N-n-octadecyl-N-succinoyl-aspartic acid and alkaline metal fluoride, fatty-acid fractions of tall oil are additionally introduced in amount of at least 200 g/t. Tetrasodium salt of N-n-octadecyl-N-succinoyl-aspartic acid is used in amount of 200-300 g/t of ore. Alkaline metal fluoride is introduced in amount of 500-600 g/t of ore at the stage of conditioning and additionally 100-200 g/t at every of two first cleaner operations.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fluorite carbonate-containing ores enrichment by provision of uninterrupted and stable enrichment process, reduction of volume and stability of foam produced in process of floatation.
