FIELD: petrochemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for combined production of cyclohexane, cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone by epoxidation of cyclohexene with cyclohexane hydroperoxide in the presence of atmospheric oxygen, at atmospheric pressure and high temperature, with continuous stirring and in the presence of a catalyst. Method is characterized by that epoxidation is carried out at temperature of 89–91 °C for 90–150 minutes with cyclohexane hydroperoxide contained in cyclohexane oxidate in amount of 5 wt.%, and molar ratio of cyclohexane hydroperoxide: cyclohexene 1:3, in the presence of cyclohexane in the reaction mass, and ammonium paramolybdate dissolved in propylene glycol is used as the catalyst.
EFFECT: shorter reaction time for epoxidation of cyclohexene, higher selectivity and conversion.
