SUBSTANCE: in a device for fodder grain roasting, comprising a vertically installed cylindrical heat-insulated chamber with windows for aspiration, loading and unloading of grain, heater equipped with a power regulator and located at the level of the middle part of the chamber, shaft has blades and drive from geared motor, passing coaxially along chamber, temperature sensor connected through the shaft rotation frequency regulator to the geared motor and located in the grain layer at the level below the electric heater, chamber on inner side has blades shifted in height relative to shaft blades, hollow shaft, electric heater is made in the form of a tubular electric heater fixed on the central part of the shaft, at a minimum distance from the temperature sensor, which provides free rotation of the shaft and the electric heater, which spiral is connected by one output to the electric heater power regulator, and by the other one – to the earthed housing of the chamber through heat-resistant wires laid in the shaft cavity, contact rings fixed on the shaft, and brushes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase energy efficiency and quality of grain roasting.
