FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air sampling. Disclosed is a device for sampling air from aircraft gas turbine engines during tests at flying laboratories and high-altitude stands, comprising a diffuser with an internal nozzle oriented in the direction of the flow of air taken from the gas turbine engine, a T-piece, electromagnetic valves powered through the switches from the control panel, samplers with built-in concentrators and a container with built-in temperature and pressure sensors, the parameters of which are transmitted to the measuring panel, where the only container in this device is not evacuated, and inside the container there is a freely moving piston due to air flow through an electromagnetic valve and a sampler on one side of the piston and air outlet when the piston moves through the solenoid valve from the container through the solenoid valve on the other side of the piston, at the ends of the reservoir there are additional unions with plugs for the preparatory movement of the piston and flushing of the reservoir, samplers are made with simultaneous arrangement of three concentrators with conical rods screwed in the shank with a ball end to provide a throttling effect.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of dimensions of the device without deterioration of its metrological characteristics for possibility of installation on a flying laboratory and high-altitude stands.
