SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the treatment of coccidiosis in non-human mammals. Method of treating or preventing coccidiosis caused by the genus Isospora in a newborn piglet under 3 days of age involves administering to a piglet composition containing 1 to 30 mg of toltrazuril per kg of body weight by a single intramuscular injection, wherein the composition is a suspension. Also disclosed is the use of the composition for treating or preventing coccidiosis caused by the genus Isospora in a newborn piglet under 3 days of age.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective introduction of triazines.
