FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering for identification of a search robot. Technical result is achieved due to the following stages: classifying unified resource identifiers to obtain a plurality of categories (step 101); tracking the behavior of a client from each IP address accessing the unified resource identifiers across a plurality of categories, and obtaining sample behavior data (step 102); encoding the sampled behavior data into a vector and using it as a sampled access vector (step 103); and training the isolation forest based on the selective access vector to identify the search robot on the client side (step 104).
EFFECT: high accuracy of identifying a search robot, which leads to high security of the website.
