FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multifunctional working equipment for excavators, intended for destruction, uprooting, loosening of rocky, frozen and other soils in harsh operating conditions, and is used mainly in earthworks, as well as in road construction and in mining industry. Tillage device for an excavator consists of a boom of a box-like structure and a multifunctional stick actuated by a hydraulic cylinder of the stick or an excavator. At that, the multifunctional stick consists of an upper box-like part with welded reinforcing plates, containing a loose filler loaded into it through a window with a sealed cover, and claw-shaped lower part with welded adapter equipped with quick-change crown. At that, claw-shaped lower part surface is made multilayer due to fixation of protective wear-resistant plates and lining elements on all sides, on each of the side surfaces of the boom in the point of its connection to the boom hydraulic cylinders there is a pin with a reinforcing bracket fixed to it in the form of bent stiffeners, which other side is welded to boom side surface, and fixation of boom and multifunctional stick is made by means of floating pin, which allows to prevent boom biting and multifunctional stick during operation at high loads, installed in pressed bushings and fixed on both sides by means of covers and fasteners, or by means of pin used in connection of boom – stick of excavator, with fixation of its cover and crossbar for pin.

EFFECT: wider range of equipment, increased strength, wear resistance and operability during operation on frozen soils, high repairability and reliability of operation.
