FIELD: machines for earthworks; working equipment for hydraulic excavators.
SUBSTANCE: device for unloading the boom of a hydraulic excavator includes a bucket, a boom and a handle equipped with a stop with a tooth that are hinged and equipped with drives. The support is made of a rack with a drive, which is hinged at one end to the handle. The rack with the drive is made in the form of an anchor lever with teeth, the axes of which are located in the same plane, passing through the axis of the hinge connecting the handle and the anchor lever, and is installed so that its movements are limited by the right and left stops. The stops themselves are installed in such a way that at the maximum reach of the handle, the anchor lever is in contact with the left stop. The plane in which the axes of the teeth are located and which passes through the axis of the hinge connecting the handle and the anchor lever is perpendicular to the direction of the boom rotation axis, and when in contact with the right stop, it is perpendicular to the line connecting the rotation axes of the handle and the bucket.
EFFECT: reduction in the loads from digging on the metal structures of the boom along the entire rotation path of the bucket and an increase in the productivity of the excavator.
