SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for treating septic wounds, conjunctivitis, mastitis and endometritis in a non-human mammal, comprising a combination of an antimicrobial agent - nosiheptide, an antibacterial agent and an anti-inflammatory agent, as well as a magnesium-containing agent and auxiliary substances - a solvent, a thickener, a preservative, a surfactant, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: antimicrobial agent: 0.01–25.0; antibacterial agent: 0.20–40.0; anti-inflammatory agent: 0.05–5.0; magnesium-containing agent: 0.5–25.0; excipients are the balance, wherein the magnesium-containing agent is selected from magnesium sulphate or magnesium oxide. Antibacterial agent is selected from levofloxacin, moxifloxacin or danofloxacin. Anti-inflammatory agent is selected from prednisolone, methylprednisolone, triamcinolone, dexamethasone, betamethasone, hydrocortisone, meloxicam, piroxicam, lornoxicam, tenoxicam, ketorofen, ibuprofen, phenylbutazone or sodium metamizole.

EFFECT: invention provides higher therapeutic efficacy of the pharmaceutical composition against resistant strains, including Staphylococcus aureus, with reduced irritant effect and prevention of pain shock caused by its application, as well as reduced recovery time with reduced probability of recurrences.
