SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spearfishing guns. Pneumatic gun for spearfishing comprises a body with increased air pressure with a barrel inside with a sealed piston for ejection of a harpoon with a line connecting the harpoon to the tip of the gun, the other end of the line is connected along the axis to the end part of the harpoon. Lin is located inside the barrel along the harpoon in the loaded state of the gun. Piston is made of caprolon. Front part of the body contains a coaxially connected to it a nose part with a hole, into which a part with a hole in the diameter of the harpoon is also coaxially inserted and provided with a chamfer directed at an angle upwards to the end of the gun and a longitudinal slot from above in several diameters of the line. Both parts are provided with horizontal milling from above. Harpoon end or detachable part at its end is equipped with longitudinal slot with width exceeding line thickness and length exceeding end part of harpoon interacting with piston.
