FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mastic composition based on chlorosulphonated polyethylene, intended for installation of new and repair of old roof of any types with reduced flammability (F1) and flame-retardant material (FR1). Mastic consists of chlorosulphonated polyethylene CSPE CSM 40, highly chlorinated polyethylene, ternary ethylene-propylene rubber, epoxy oligomer, film-forming agent—petroleum resin, solvents—toluene, butanol, process additives: antimony and aluminum hydroxide antipyrenes, catalyst—sulfur, in the following ratio, wt %: chlorosulphonated polyethylene 10–15, highly chlorinated polyethylene 0–5, epoxy-diane resin 3–10, petroleum polymer resin 2–10, ternary ethylene-propylene rubber 2–10, antimony trioxide 0.5–1, aluminum hydroxide 1–2, toluene 50–55, butanol 10–20, bivalent technical sulfur 1–1.5.
EFFECT: proposed invention enables to obtain coatings with reduced flammability, resistant to UV radiation, with high chemical, ozone and bio-resistance, high strength characteristics, high adhesion to all types of surfaces and reduce the cost of the composition.
