SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for arrangement and repair of soft roofs, hydraulic insulation coatings based on polymer materials, unrolled "soft" roofs, repair of metal and other roofs, hydraulic insulation of board joints, steam insulation of coatings, hydraulic insulation of reinforced concrete structures and other building structures made of bricks, roofing slates, metal, hydraulic insulation, and corrosion protection of bridge structures, metal structures, foundations, embedded structures, pipelines, reservoirs, vessels, underground structures, etc. The composite for the protective coating "Hydroisoline" is produced by mixing of chlorosulfonated polyethylene in the form of varnish HSPE-20, with rubber solution - mastic "Rebax-M" until homogeneous condition. To give the required viscosity, toluene and/or xylene are added. The system is mixed for 3-5 minutes, then polyisocyanate is added (TU 113-03-38-106-90) and mixed for another 3-5 minutes.

EFFECT: composite for a protective coating has improved operational characteristics as a result of resistance to atmospheric effects, including resistance to moisture, chemical resistance to steam and gas medium, containing acid gases, and to solutions of alkalis and salts, resistance to formation of mould in fungi, simplification and reduction of time required for preparation.
