APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING BIODEGRADABLE POLYMER MATERIALS WITH ULTRASONIC MIXING OF COMPONENTS BASED ON INDUCTION HEATING Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC C08J3/00 B29C48/78 H05B6/02

Abstract RU 2827026 C1

FIELD: polymer materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improving existing technologies for producing polymer materials with a short biodegradation period. It can be used in food and chemical industry for production of polymer compositions, containing polymer and organic fillers (starch, cellulose, dextrin, etc.), which are a nutrient medium for microorganisms in soil (spore and spore-forming bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi, spirochetes, archaebacteria, protozoa and cyanobacteria). Described is a device for producing biodegradable polymer materials with ultrasonic mixing of components based on induction heating, comprising a cylindrical housing made of stainless steel of austenitic class, which includes a screw with a variable diameter arranged in series and communicating through a common channel of extrusion and ultrasonic treatment, rotation of which is driven through a reduction gear by an electric motor, a raw material loading bin, ultrasonic oscillations emitters, in various areas of the cylindrical housing on top of the ferrite class stainless steel plates there are litz wire inductors, protected by an insulated gate IGBT and made on a frame made of ceramic material, wherein the device is equipped with a control panel, the data of which are transmitted to the microcontroller, then through the feedback unit are transmitted to the driver using pulse-width modulation, microcontroller controls operation of IGBT power module, voltage regulator, ultrasonic oscillation generator, temperature regulator, temperature sensors.

EFFECT: increased energy efficiency of the installation, in which optimum conditions are realized with respect to efficiency and economic efficiency for the whole structure, and intensification of processes of obtaining biodegradable polymer materials.
