FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to machine building and can be used for bulk material dosing and its uniform distribution on mainly horizontal surface, for example, in production of injection moulds from cold-hardening mixtures (CHM), three-dimensional layer-by-layer printing by means of powder sintering (SLS). Device for dispensing loose material and its uniform distribution on horizontal surface comprises hollow extended housing made with possibility of movement above said surface, in lower part of which there is a discharge opening communicated with longitudinally oriented proportioner. Longitudinal scraper conveyor is installed in the cavity of the housing with planes of movement of external edges of scrapers, which are oriented horizontally, above which there is a transverse outlet hole of the accumulating hopper. In the housing cavity between the facing each other ends of the housing and the longitudinal scraper conveyor with a slope towards the said end of the longitudinal scraper conveyor there is a transverse wall for loading loose material, the side edges of which are connected to the longitudinal walls of the housing, and the lower part envelopes along the perimeter the lower part of the said end of the longitudinal scraper conveyor made with the possibility of movement of the upper branch towards the specified wall. Below the longitudinal scraper conveyor, parallel to the planes of movement of the outer edges of the scrapers, a sieving element is installed in the cavity of the housing, under which the filled part of the cavity of the housing is located, which is interconnected with the dispenser made with the possibility of controlling the flow of loose material through the discharge opening made in the form of a longitudinal slot, and arranged on section between central axes of longitudinal scraper conveyor pulleys.

EFFECT: improving dosing accuracy of loose material with provision of more uniform distribution of loose material along line of fixed length, automation of process of loose material cleaning from large inclusions and minimization of loose material caking.
