FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a system for cooling a nutrient solution in hydroponic technologies of growing crops using a refrigerating machine, comprising a hydroponic plant, a nutrient solution cooler, a pressure tank and a cooling tower. Cooling system is equipped with a multi-cyclone filtration unit with self-cleaning nozzles, made with possibility of filtering the nutrient solution before its supply to the cooler, and a power unit comprising a diesel-electric generator, a gas-liquid heat exchanger, a heat carrier heating tank. Refrigerating machine is made in the form of an adsorption refrigerating machine containing two adsorbers, an evaporator and a condenser, connected by a siphon, primary heat exchanger for cooling water supplied to adsorber tubes during adsorption of refrigerant vapours, secondary heat exchanger for cooling water discharged from adsorber tubes with air. Refrigerating agent is methanol. Cooler of nutrient solution is connected with pressure tank by tubular partition.
EFFECT: reduction of electric energy and increase of fruit growing efficiency and quality.
