SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fancy goods, in particular to production of buckles for belts, slings, tapes and straps, including watch straps. Rotary buckle with a rotary mechanism comprises a buckle insert configured to be rigidly fixed on an article, a buckle body with a buckle mounted thereon, comprising a frame and at least one stud, wherein buckle insert is connected with buckle body via buckle insert axis, the main position of which is fixed by a spring, and the buckle body is designed with the ability to rotate relative to the axis of the buckle body by 360 degrees.
EFFECT: creation of a universal rotary buckle, which can be used with any accessories, which are a tape or a strip, including double-sided watch straps; higher reliability and efficiency of coupling of the turning mechanism of the buckle and tight contact of the rotating part of the buckle with the buckle body, wherein the buckle is easy to turn on the belt without disassembly.
