SUBSTANCE: invention relates to haberdashery. The proposed device couples the strips each incorporating, at least, one hole, each of which, at least in one coupling position, is aligned with the holes on other strips. The coupler comprises, at least, one pin and, at least, one hook fastened to aforesaid pin. The said pin if fitted in aligned holes of the coupled strips, while the hook embraces the strips to allow their uncoupling by only the said pin and hook.
EFFECT: simple design, easy and fast strips coupling.
