FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to the yurt manufacturing method. Method of making a yurt includes making a roof consisting of a central ring with a domed glazed structure and radially arranged rafters, which are connected by one end to the central ring, and the other ones are installed in V-shaped protrusions of an installed along a circle of a base of a yurt wall lattice frame from intersecting strips, which are tightened along the perimeter at the top of the frame at the ends of rafters and at the bottom at the base of the yurt with metal cables. Frame is assembled from sections with formation of side surface of wall in the form of truncated cone by tightening of upper metal cable. Manufacturing of the frame begins with the installation of its section in the recess of the base of the yurt in the form of a truncated cone with an angle of inclination of its side surface equal to the angle of inclination of the frame, and fastening with self-tapping screws through the hole of internal strips of the wall, with tightening of the cable in the middle of the recess. Further, on the lower side of the central ring, two mounting temporary T-shaped posts are fixed, which are installed with tenons in the grooves of the central ring and fixed with self-tapping screws through the holes in the central ring. Second end of the rafters laid in the V-shaped projections of the wall frame is tied with a nylon cord, then the cable is passed between the strips of the frame and through the holes of the rafters. When connecting the ends of the rope along the perimeter, a loop is made on one end of the cable, and an auxiliary hook for mounting the manual winch is fixed by it. Winch cable is fixed to the tightening cable with a crimping clamp, the wall is tightened by the winch to the diameter of the upper base of the truncated cone of the wall. At the second end of the cable, a loop is also made with a crimp clamp and a hook is fixed for it for connection with the first loop, wherein frame sections are brought one after the other, and the jointed strips of sections are interconnected, remaining rafters are also connected to the wall strips.
EFFECT: higher reliability of yurt.
