SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for cementing and installing casing strings in a well. Disclosed is a well cementing device comprising in-series connected to each other a drive, a sub, a cementing head, a quick-detachable sub, a casing string and wedges. At that, the cementing head includes a pipe connected to the housing containing two pumping chambers, for the separating and displacing plugs, which are fixed by the rod and fixed on the handwheels, which hold separating and displacement plugs, and manifold line with high-pressure valves. Drive and cementing head are tightly connected to each other by means of sub with possibility of rotation transfer. Cementing head and casing string are tightly connected to each other by means of quick-detachable sub with possibility of rotation transfer and with possibility of pumping various fluids during rotation of casing string. At that, cementing head includes movable joints of housing with injection chambers, made in the form of three swivels with the possibility of eliminating loss of tightness when the connections are exposed to high-speed flow of corrosive liquids by means of plain bearings in combination with the use of multilayer composite seals and with the possibility of dismantling or mounting the pumping chambers and replacing the bearings.

EFFECT: higher quality of cementing of casing strings in the well.
