SUBSTANCE: proposed technical solution relates to transportation, in particular to structural elements of belt conveyors, namely providing fixation of roller support on rope of belt conveyor load bearing structure. System for fixing the roller support on the rope of the belt conveyor load bearing structure includes a roller support bracket made in the form of a U-shaped profile with a base and side walls, including C-shaped slots for placing the belt conveyor rope in them, and a wedge made in the form of a curved plate, including a base with a C-shaped section and flat side walls made as a continuation of the base, at that, the wedge is made with possibility of installation in the roller support bracket between its base and the rope in the direction of the slots with the wedge side walls orientation to the roller support bracket base, and the wedge base to the rope, wherein end sides of wedge sidewalls directed to roller support bracket base are composed of two flat surfaces arranged in planes intersecting at obtuse angle.

EFFECT: higher reliability of a belt conveyor.
