FIELD: conveyer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: belt-and-chain conveyer comprises flight with end rolls and star members, pull chains connected with sleeve bearings installed on closed flight guiders and load-bearing belt secured to frame formed of transversal resilient strips connected to sleeve bearings. Sleeve bearings are connected in pairs along guiders by connection chains having end parts secured to pull chains by C-shaped clips. Pull chains are supported by guiding rollers, which are arranged on flight. Load-bearing belt is composite and includes strip parts or flexible plates overlapped between transversal resilient strips connected to paired sleeve bearings. Load-bearing belt is supported by roller bearings between guiders. Legs of C-shaped clips are T-shaped and turned relative clip plane. Roller bearings have rollers secured to ends of resilient beams. Strip parts or flexible plates are freely overlapped between transversal resilient strips.
EFFECT: increased reliability and service life, reduced labor, mounting and maintaining inputs.
